SP wants to warrants unsealed because LE was supposed to be looking for Susan's journals that SP & JP were threatening to give copies to the media or post on a website to "prove" SP was a victim of child abuse from her family of origin. SP feels the pics were "illegally obtained" as they were not specifically outlined in the general search warrant. The warrent was to encompass any digital, computer, written, etc. info on SP's house related to harm to Susan or her disappearance or child abuse, etc. (from what I remember)

The letter says "if Susan Powell dies it may not be an accident," warrant says.

Cops recovered a will from #SusanCoxPowell; she says she doesn't trust #JoshPowell, he threatened to "destroy her."

I am trying to convince myself they didn't have enough.
But the other cases... we've seen people convicted on less...
And the UTAH Warrants are still sealed... what is in THOSE?! :please:
 
#WVC Police Chief Buzz Nielsen is stepping up to the podium.

"Very little information has been released because of the ongoing criminal investigation," chief says.

"#SusanCoxPowell is still missing," chief says. "My dept. is committed to still locating Susan."

Sgt. Mike Powell now addressing "aspects" of the #SusanCoxPowell investigation.

Sgt. Powell admits they did retrieve cell phones that show "suspicious behavior" by #JoshPowell.

Cops say #JoshPowell intentionally removed SIM card from #SusanCoxPowell phone to "thwart" investigators.

#JoshPowell refused to cooperate, left the PD and rented a car... drove 800 + miles, Powell says.

Where exactly #JoshPowell went with rental car is still a mystery. Cops searched home, found blood and #SusanCoxPowell's purse.

Cops discussing marital problems and now talking about #SusanCoxPowell's safe deposit box.

#SusanCoxPowell had a handwritten "last will and testament" that said she feared she'd be dead and #JoshPowell, too.
