The defence is playing another song by death rapper Necro. It is called Garbage Bag and it describes a violent murder and the chorus says that there is a garbage bag with your "name written on it." The lyrics are similar to McClintic's letters written when she was in a youth facility during 2007 and 2008, which described the hypothetical torture and murder of a person.

Derstine plays another song called Dead Body Disposal and Derstine suggests the lyrics are similar to McClintic's writings. She agrees and says she had Necro on her iPod around the time of Tori's disappearance. McClintic says she listened to the artist when she was angry.

Rafferty is peering intently at the lyrics of the songs as the defence continues to play more.

McClintic isn't sure if she listened to the latest song when Tori went missing. Derstine reminds her about her Facebook page.

New song includes lyric "Nothing like a dead pastor, splattered all over concrete like plaster"

Also... "You'll live as long as I let you." McClintic sighs when the song ends. Says she posted it on Facebook.

Other Necro songs played in the courtroom: "Eat ***** and Die", "No Remorse".

Plays another Necro song. Lyrics give instructions of how to dispose of a dead body

McClintic says she wasn't listening to Necro. She says she did not have the intention of walking a child to her death.

Not worth repeating lyrics, but suffice to say: Necro excerpts played in court discuss torture, sexual assault, disposing of bodies

Necro raps: "I have the ability to mentally detach myself from emotion, and the agility to dementedly slash your flesh w a motion

McClintic told police Apr 12/09 she was listening to Necro. Now says that was a lie, used things she had done on other days to be an alibi

Derstine suggests listening to Necro was the truth. McClintic disagrees.

Derstine continues to ask if she listened to Necro as she walked up to Oliver Stephens Public School on April 8, 2009 but McClintic says she did not. She did, however, tell police on April 12 that she was listening to the artist the afternoon Tori disappeared.

lawyer, Derstine, asks McC about a plan she wrote down to say she had met Tori a few days before. She says it's not true.

Lawyer Dirk Derstine questioning McClintic on instructions she was given by Rafferty on what to say after Tori's death.

Included McClintic having met Tori while walking the dog. She never told police that. Derstine asks why.

Derstine suggests the story is "much worse for you" if she decided to abduct Tori. McClintic says she was given instructions.

TLM has some severe psychological problems, we see that. I don't think that the music she listens to is relevant

Music doesn't make somebody suddenly decide to kidnap and murder a child. My brother was a heavy metal fan in his teenage years (Alice Cooper, Ozzie Osborne). It was all about death. He never murdered anyone. He's married with 3 kids.

Heiny Neuman who murdered Rusty Sneiderman listened to Barry White and he thought Barry White was a demon. Go figure.

Derstine suggests Rafferty didn't know Tori's mom, live near Oliver Stephens or walk near Tori's home. She did.

Derstine wonders how they wound up at that school, of all schools. McClintic becoming flustered.

McClintic says Rafferty was mean to Tori in the car. Derstine says she had "ample opportunity" to walk away with Tori.

Derstine points out to McClintic that #Rafferty didn't have any connection to Tori's school, whereas McC was familiar with it.

Derstine establishes Rafferty didn't know Tori's parents, didn't walk near her school, didn't have an aunt living nearby, but McClintic did

Adrian Morrow ‏
But in her police interview, she denied knowing her. Derstine asking why she wrote that. McClintic says she just did.

Adrian Morrow ‏
Derstine is grilling McClintic on the script she wrote of what she'd say to police. In script, she would admit knowing Tori Stafford

The music is only relavant when one is not stable and takes lyric's like these 'seriously'.

Adrian Morrow ‏
"Possibly, but that's not the case," Terri-Lynne McClintic shoots back.

Adrian Morrow ‏
"Your involvement would be that much more terrible if you in fact lured this girl away yourself, with no prompting," Derstine says.
