If there's any truth to this (post 1030 at link below), I find it odd that this property has never been searched. This is very disturbing if it's true.

I think all possibilities have to be looked at. If he and Misty were friends, he should be looked at more closely. Maybe he has been and we just don't know about it yet.

If these are Misty's secrets that she's been hiding, I'm optimistic about the outcome. I think they should be able to do some kind of a plea deal with her soon if she was guilty only of negligence and didn't have her hand in Haleigh's actual death or didn't get paid for selling her to a pedo ring or anything like that. I assume that they can offer her immunity that she won't get charged for letting a perv near the children in her care if her information leads to Haleigh or an arrest. If she's faced with the choice of ratting out a random perv that she's not in love with or anything, or spending the next 74 years in jail, I think she'll eventually do the right thing. Her drug usage is already well out of the bag and if she's going to be an inmate for quite some time, her Ronald is as good as lost to her already.

Camp Cobra is the only place I know of. He talked with someone that either knows DS or is kin to DS... the convo between Cobra and the woman saw claims made that we were unable to verify (like, the lady said that Snodgrass was supposedly on a news show like 20/20 for getting away with murder... but we never could find anything on it)

Yes, and she's the one I know that he took pictures of (according to her interview). So I'm wondering how all this got twisted into it being Misty Cummings.

Misty Sanders stated she has keys to the gate. Cobra said you know who Misty Croslin is, HaLeighs stepmom, have you ever seen Misty Croslin with Daniel Snodgrass? Misty Sanders said personally she has never seen them together but LE has hundreds of pictures of them and Dan runs an escort service and took one of the girls out west. Misty Sanders met with Detective Peggy Cone of PCSO and was shown the pictures LE retrieved from DSs house in order to identify Misty Sanders mother because she didnt have her mother's ID and hundreds of these photos included more risqué pictures of Misty Croslin. The interview ended with Cobra and Misty Sanders leaving to go over to her mothers house.

I can't believe how low-life this case is. Please excuse me to all the wonderful posters here that are above all that. Is it the sun, the air, the waterways? What makes this particular part of FL so horrid? I would really like to know, on a national level, where they register for the crime rate.

Where can i hear this audio? I clicked on link, went to sky, and then clicked on audio of cobra and stepdaughter. It keeps saying forbidden 403. Is there another way that I can hear this audio? ... I believe with every ounce of my being DS is involved with Haleigh missing. TIA to anyone who knows.

I was ready to pack it in for the night when I read "maybe MC asked Snodgrass to babysit" and my antennae went straight up. Could it be? Why would his house be boarded up? What's in there that he doesn't want anyone to see?

NOTE: He is NOT a RSO @ this time. He has delayed his court for 2+ years on those charges (2). It was supposed to be 22 Mar, as of yesterday, it is now reschedule for 13 APRIL.

elle, because these 2 articles are so long, I snipped and posted the only information I found that talked about DS, a Suspected Sex Offender, selling his boat. The following paragraph is located on page 5/6 of the report titled, The Hunt for HaLeigh Could Bring Down Bounty Hunter which was posted on TJ Harts website.
Soon after Cobra arrived in Satsuma in March, he heard that Snodgrass had been trying to give away his furniture and selling his boat. Hed also been hanging around an office HaLeighs family had set up to collect donations to aid in the search. Cobra wondered if Snodgrass was planning to skip town and had a nagging feeling Snodgrass might be a suspect in HaLeighs case. I just needed to rule him in, rule him out Cobra says now.

Thank you Blue, it is compelling the way everything seems to connect and intersect in this case. Do you know if Cobra had his trial( or whatever he was supposed to have had), a few days ago? I heard elsewhere that he was coming upon his court date for his charges related to this case and I haven't been able to find out anything. TIA
Yes, and after DS was ordered to leave the HaLeighBug Centre and his donations were refused, DS claimed his feelings were hurt so he returned and began shouting obscenities at the workers. LE was notified and arrived at the HB Centre to investigate, but because DS's appearance had significantly changed since he was charged in 2007 for child molestation, they didn't feel they could arrest him because they couldn't confirm it was him. Consequently, no charges were filed against DS for this disturbance and when Cobra learned Snodgrass had violated the Judge's order to not be around children, he stepped in and went after him.

Is this the DS that allegedly had a shed where he took his victims??? I remember earlier in the investigation Cobra had taped a discussion with the step-daughter Misty about DS and his involvement in Haleigh's disappearance. I do not know if LE investigated DS or if they even took the allegations seriously. Seems like to me that DS selling his belongings and trying to involve himself by showing up at the Haleighbug (sp) HQ is very suspicious behavior.

Misty S****** released this information near the end of her interview with Cobra, (Tape 1). Apparently Cobra conducted 2 interviews with Misty S, who is DS's former girlfriend's daughter, but TMK, Tape 2 has never been released.
Misty S said her mother was hospitalized in Feb 09 and for identification purposes, Misty S was shown pictures confiscated from DS's home by LE. Misty S said she never met Misty C but knows of her, and risque pictures of MC were in the large batch of photos taken by DS which LE confiscated and has possession of.
