phone calls made on may 3rd between 8 and 9pm in Praia da Luz are being thoroughly investigated. English experts are helping with this.
RM's and SM's phones were tracked but aparently nothing important was discovered. SM was not in the area at the alleged time of the abduction.

The PJ has investigated the boats that went through the algarve ports and marinas at the time of the abduction. They even came up with a list of possible suspects and contacted severel sailors. Special attention was given to the Marina of Lagos, closest to Praia da Luz. All boats that left the marina in the days after the abduction were tracked and investigated. Nothing suspicious was discovered. PJ also talked to sailors that spend months in the area, but no one saw anything suspicious.
The Lagos Marina is constantly surveilled by a security company. No boats can sail during the night, as the access is closed.
