Here is what I take away from it. TES is NOT LE. They go in to help search for missing people for grieving families desperate to find them. They do not search for crime scenes while dealing with hostile POI's. He has come to realize that that is not what he has here. the family in question is hostile and possibly involved. He has plenty of families who actually want their loved ones found.

Tim has wasted enough time, and obviously isnt going to get any cooperation from the Anthony's....He needs to use his resources for the families out there who WANT HIS HELP......and there are more than we count...

And there ARE other families that need his help... DESPERATELY!!! Sadly the high profile of this case probably played a role in his choice here. Just like the Padillas. :mad:
