Not really. Sadly. I would have before this case though.
 
According to ms. finnigen, they believe she has completed her probation.
 
Didn't Baez claim he was no longer Casey's lawyer? Or was that simply a rumour?
 
OMG baez she was being held without bond on her murder charge .., they weren't just holding her for nothing
 
Hizhonor will follow the law. IIRC, FL law is the ORAL order of Judge Strickland.

Oh - Tolling - good question HHJP! Didn't ask Judge Strickland his opinion...
 
Good job Frank, brought up no face to face visits after initial intake. He also said she could not easily violate probation under her situation.
 
HHJP citing case law to make a point. I just don't know what the point is, LOL! :crazy:
