The prosecutor presents his case to the Jury & they decide if there's enough evidence for an indictement
 
I read earlier today that she even bought the blue hoodie at Target that she was wearing the first time she was arrested!
 
People have been told to clear their schedules for Tuesday as they might be called to testify.

I agree......I think they have definitive proof that Caylee is deceased

I don't think that they would go forward if they didn't
 
The missing link, which we KNOW LE has, is the date of the choloform searches on her computer.........
