Abigail has a tattoo of the name Shawn on her lower leg, a mole on the upper left side of her chest, and a scar below her right earlobe. Her nickname is Abby.
Abigail was last seen leaving her home on June 16, 2007. She left with her 16-year-old boyfriend, Ruben Torres. Torres stated that he dropped Abigail off on a corner near her home. She has never been seen again. All of her personal belongings were left behind, and she was last seen wearing shorts and slippers.
In August 2007, Torres was charged with capital murder in Abigail's case. She was apparently a witness in a juvenile felony case against Torres . The murder charge was later dropped for lack of evidence. He is still the prime suspect, however. Foul play is suspected, ad Abigail remains missing.
