    Note:
The judge agreed to make the warrants public after he reviewed a set of redactions proposed by prosecutors last week. Brent and Kelly King, Chelsea’s parents, did not argue against the release of the warrants Monday as long as certain information, such as the names of minors, was redacted.

I took this from the warrant, replaced names with initials, and bolded key items.

On February 13, 2009, the Escondido Police Department (EPD) received information that a 13 year old girl Amber Dubois was missing. EPD officers went to __ Fire Mountain Place, Escondido, County of San Diego and took a missing persons report. Officer Gay #393 talked to D.C. who stated that his "live in" girlfriend's (C.M.) daughter left to go to Escondido High School at 0615 hours on February 13, 2009 and never returned home from school.

On February 17, 2009, a massive search was initiated involving law enforcement, search and rescue, and community volunteers. Amber Dubois was not found and never returned home. Amber's disappearance received significant local and national media which resulted in over 1600 tips being generated. These tips included sightings in several states throughout the country as well as Canada with individuals stating that they had seen Amber.

On March 26, 2010, Lieutenant Robert Benton of the Escondido Police Department, told me that his agency had been contacted by two San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E) employees.

According to the employees, C.J. and B.C., they saw the news coverage of where the Sheriff's Department was searching for Amber Dubois' remains. Both of them recalled an incident on February 13th, 2009, which they verified through work logs, where they observed a male and female matching the descriptions of Gardner and Dubois in the same area. C.J. and B.C. observed the male and female near a silver Ford Focus, which according to Benton, Gardner had a silver Ford Focus during this time period. C.J. and B.C. also told Escondido Police that they observed the male and female around 8:00 am. This would have been approximately 50 minutes from the last time Dubois was seen in front of Escondido High School, which is within the same time/distance range someone could get to this location.

I have searched all of San Diego media sites for a copy of the actual warrants. All I found is this:

    http://ftpcontent.worldnow.com/kfmb/...er_warrant.pdf

It is only one page of the warrant and a copy of Gardner's citation issued on April 2, 2009.
