No doubt all the youth thought their Rocklin Youth Pastor was a cool guy. So cool he's getting three years in prison for the continued sexual assault of a 14 year old girl who is a member of his Church.

Pastor "JayDub" is 33 years old. Jeffrey Allen Waisner according to the victims crying mother sent her daughter 4,00 text messages in one month. Oh and he also promised to leave his wife and kids for her. This is a 14 year old now.

The good pervy pastor "carrried on a sexual affair" (medias words) with this guy for quite sometime and had her sneak out of her parents home to go on a lil trip to San Fran with him. This poor kid to this day thinks he loves her and goes to therapy daily. No doubt.

The child's lawyer is thinking about a civil suit. Hate to tell him, but money will not heal this child. However as part of his pleaing out the guy has to pay $200.00 as will be on parole as well as an RSO. What the $200.00 is for? Not therapy costs that's for sure.

For the third time, a man faced a Shawnee County District Court judge Monday as he began what likely will be his third jury trial based on charges he allegedly sexually assaulted a child in 2009.

Waisner’s first trial ended March 28, 2011, in a mistrial when jurors were unable to reach verdicts to either acquit or convict him.

The second trial ended Sept. 2, 2011, in guilty verdicts convicting him of raping a girl younger than 14, aggravated sodomy of a child younger than 14, aggravated indecent liberties with a child, and attempted rape of a child younger than 14.

In October 2011, Waisner was sentenced to three life terms for three convictions and 12 years and 11 months for the fourth conviction.

He filed an appeal in 2015 contending he received ineffective assistance of counsel from Kevin Cook, his attorney in the first two trials. Cook is a Shawnee County commissioner.

In a 27-page decision, Shawnee County Chief Judge Evelyn Wilson ruled on Oct. 19, 2016, that Cook should have objected to the testimony of two expert witnesses who commented on the alleged victim’s credibility. After five years in prison, Waisner’s convictions were overturned, and he was released.

The prosecution appealed Wilson’s ruling, but on Feb. 2, 2018, the Kansas Court of Appeals upheld the vacated convictions, saying Waisner received constitutionally deficient representation and likely affected the outcome of the criminal trial.

That opened the gate for the third trial.

The case next will be in court on May 29 for a scheduling conference

This is weird. Early news called this guy Jeffrey Allen Waisner. That last link calls him Christopher Lee Waisner. Court records for Shawnee County have none for Jeffrey but plenty for Christopher.

Anyway. I couldn't find anything in the news, but searching the court records @ https://public.shawneecourt.org/PublicA/access/?agent=278234063&hu=133139
