A St. Charles man was allegedly under the influence of prescription drugs and alcohol when he struck a tree and mailbox, then parked his SUV on a playground to let his three young children play in their pajamas Sunday. CBS 2's Pamela Jones reports this makes the third DUI in six months for this father. Parents want to know: what was he doing behind the wheel -- again?
A witness said his young boys looked like they were ready for bed. They were little kids - ages 7, 2 and 1. Neighbors just don't understand what would push the man to put his kids in harm's way.
About 1 p.m. Sunday, Hary drove his Infiniti QX56 into a tree and mailbox, and then into Charlemagne Park at Indian Way and Oxbow Lane, McCurtain said.
Witnesses say he then parked the SUV near the playground equipment.
"He drove across onto the grass on purpose, drove through the playground and parked his vehicle," McCurtain said. "He got out and his three kids got out to play in their pajamas."

I can only hope mom was at work on Sunday when after lunch time dad took the three still clothed in pajama's children to the playground.
Later in the article it says mom bailed her husband out of jail. Why would she bail him out? Leave him in there! How do we keep parents from driving drunk or high with their kids in the car, this is the guys 3rd or 4th DUI in 6 months! Message for the mom, time for daddy to get sober or kick him to the curb! you and your kids don't need this! Your childrens LIVES ARE IN DANGER if they are being cared for by a drunk!
I hope this guy does a lot of time!
