ETA: Although the UID is in CODIS, I see no indication (DoeNet or NamUs) that MB is in CODIS.
ETA: I just called it in to Chris Edwards of the Arkansas Crime Lab (left on Telephone Message Machine).

How certain are they that this is a Native male? Namus lists him as a white male

incredible. if their experts can't figure out the deceased's race, how on earth are we supposed to help find a match?

If he's a white guy, Daniel Lacy Fagg fits most of the parameters:
http://www.doenetwork.org/cases/1803dmks.html

He disappeared summer 1994 (exact time unknown), is 38 years old, 5'8" with long dark brown hair. He was from Wichita, KS, about a six-hour drive, but it's not known when/where he was last seen.

Not sure about the resemblance especially with Fagg's beard, but the UID's nose has to be an approximation.

This guy's stats are kinda close. The only thing that is off is the missing man had a pace maker. I do not know how decomposed the UID was but perhaps it fell out or was taken out?
