Tammi Faye Peters Smith

Tammi Smith is a convicted criminal who attempted to illegally sever the parental rights of Gabriel Johnson's father, Logan McQueary, in order to illegally adopt Gabe. She is currently charged in this case with forgery and conspiracy to commit custodial interference. The conspiracy was with Gabe's mother, Elizabeth Johnson.

Tammi appeared on the Nancy Grace show in regards to Gabe's case a number of times, as well as in numerous other media interviews. A number of the recorded statements she made in her media appearances have proven to be false. They are documented throughout the threads here in Gabe's forum.

Jackie Don Smith

Jack Smith is the husband of Tammi Smith. Jack was named by Tempe LE as a person of interest in Gabriel Johnson's case at the same time Tammi was named a POI. On the day Tammi was arrested on charges in this case, Tempe LE cleared Jack as a POI.

Jack appeared on the Nancy Grace show in regards to Gabe's case a number of times along with Tammi. A number of the recorded statements he made on that show have proven to be false. They are documented throughout the threads here in Gabe's forum.
