Here is video of the actual abduction:
The Stafford County Sheriff's reports the abduction of a female at the TARGET Store at 25 South Gateway Drive in Stafford County. The Sheriff's Office was called at 11:30 am this morning, May 29 by numerous witnesses.
At 11:30 this morning Deputies responded to call of a possible abduction at the TARGET store. Witnesses told authorities that a black male, with the assistance of two additional black females abducted a young adult/teenage black female from the front parking area of the TARGET Store. The investigation has indicated that the black male drove up to the front of the store with the door of a Dark Green Dodge Caravan van already open, directly in front of where the abducted female was standing. While the male came out of the car a second female, apparently already out of the van, came up behind the victim and with the man, and a third female who was also in the van, pushed/pulled the female victim into the van. The female victim was fighting and screaming that she did not want to go. While the van was leaving the parking lot the victim tried to get out of the van but was unsuccessful in her attempt.
The van, a dark green dodge caravan with possibly Rhode Island tags, had tinted rear cargo windows and a license number of 984610. Two small flags were seen hanging from the rear view mirror. It is believed that the van was occupied by 5 individuals along with the victim. The van was last seen driving onto Route 17 in Stafford County in an unknown direction. At this time the relationship of the victim to the abductors is unknown.
The initial investigation is indicating that the female was abducted against her will. The Stafford County Sheriff's Office is asking that if anyone has any information about this incident the Sheriff's Office at 540-658-4400.
