As I recall hearing interrogations can be particularly ...umm.....painful, in Peru;)

I say, waterboard him till he tells both sets of parents evrything they want to know.!

Lol, I get sick to my stomach every time I think about the methods used in other countries.
BUT i did hear thru the grapevine they were waxing the water board.

Darn.....what do they have left in their bag of tricks?

Does anyone think that he was so completely full of himself that he thought he could gain international fugitive status? The criminal/prisoner loving chicks would send him mucho buckos?!? Remember that Ron Cummings chick that was a Joran fan/friend?

I try not to HATE anyone in this world, but JVS has made my skin crawl for a very long time, now. May God bless all of his victims.

gretas on, but i am sure it will be awhile before she get to Joran.

IDK. All I keep remembering is how awful the first time he met Beth in front of his house. so arrogant, so disrepectful.

He deserves the worse, but I really don't want to know what they do to him.

It's even more sick that he used a weapon. As tall and buff as he is, he doesn't need a weapon to brutalize a woman and yet he used one. Jesus, that's scary, especially if that weapon was a bat. My God, how brutal, and more of a personal rage against someone. I am so glad they caught him and he won't get out to hurt anyone again. Can you imagine him getting worse than this?

And as for the casino finding out who he was so fast - hello, it's a casino. They're like the IRS, all over you if they think you're trying to cheat them or you did something bad against them. And since her father was a friend of the casino owner, I'm sure all casino resources were exhausted helping to figure out who he was and getting camera feeds with him on it. He's toast because you don't mess with casinos or friends of casinos.

My first guess is it was in her car and he went and got it maybe while she was sleeping. Maybe they did go there just to 'hang out', despite what a friend of hers says. Maybe he asked for a ride, or who knows, maybe the conversation at casino was friendly enough he scmoozed her over enough she wouldnt hesitate to offer a ride if he said something like "I have to catch a cab to my hotel". She had argued with parents that night, right? Maybe she didnt want to go home, and if someone isnt familair with this case as we all are, let's face it, on the surface he would appear pretty harmless.

On the other hand, specifically to address the bat, it is an approved TSA checked item. Maybe he traveled with it at all times for his own protection if ever confronted, and would certainly raise less questions than a gun or knife if the checked bag were checked by airport security workers. (My husband travels frequently and about every 2-3 trips he comes home, opens his luggage and there is a friendly note saying it was personally physically checked.)

Just the headline alone ~ why should she be shocked? Has she really been in that much denial about what he could be capable of? :waitasec:

probably shock that he would actually be held accountable for something.

snipped for space.

I know, right? And I was positively giddy when I'd heard that Stephany's father was a big supporter of the Peruvian police.
