7 people being treated, 6 at a local hospital, 1 flown to Parkland in Dallas. Parkland has the regional burn unit.

Latest information on accident.

Electric company was erecting new steel utility poles, to replace old wood poles, and hit a 36 inch gas pipeline.

How could this happen? I work for a small remodeling company and any time we have to dig, we have to have the gas company come out and mark their lines. I'm sure the electric company did this too, so what went wrong?
