First!

And thank you Salem.

I can not take the time to go look for it right now, but if anyone has notes from early on where the interview with Terri's mom is that states that the older brother lives with HER, could you post it to clear up the confusion on this issue?

Hi Emma lol, and thanks Dear Salem for the new thread.

This is to you Aprilshowers in answer to a post you wrote on the last thread:

My son is very sick, so I don't have time to read all the posts ... could someone please put up the link to the video of the family speaking?

Thanks so much. :)
Hi April, I can't find the video, but if you go to pp 38 on Thread #9 {last thread}, there are 2 posts there with many still frame photos of the family members at the presser.

Hope your little one is better soon xox

She said her parents, her old school.I had posted it at beginning, where I had read it.

High lines or picket lines are usually for when people go out camping or on a trail ride overnight. They are used to tether the horse to a line usually tied between two trees or sometimes posts depending on where you are. I have never heard of anyone using them at their farm other than maybe to get a horse used to it before a trip. They aren't used to keep a horse on for very long. Figured I would explain a little bit more since I have only seen one other person explain it.

Bedtime for me, my girlies insist on getting up with the birds even on the weekends, so I try not to stay up too late.

I really hope that Kyrons family speaking out finally triggers something or someone somewhere to give LE what the need to really get the ball rolling in bringing the little dude home. I'll be well chuffed if I can get up to some good news tomorrow. :praying:

Take care guys :blowkiss:

The point of my post... it really makes no difference whether or not he's with Terri's parents or her ex-husband's parents. What matters is that there have been some raised-eyebrow type posts about Kyron not living with Desiree, and if we're going to hold Desiree to that standard, then Terri should be held to it too, because she sent her son to live somewhere beside with her half-way into the school year.

I meant the SM said that, not her mom.

:cat:
Could it be possible that the Grandparents might have thought Kyron wasn't safe and decided to rescue him? Moo

Terri also has a 16-year-old son from a former marriage who has lived with her mom and dad for the past few months in Roseburg. The teen's father also lives in the area and the two are on a Boy Scout camping trip this weekend.

He lives with the grandparents. His dad lives close by to his grandparents. He also has a horse there he is training.

Oh wow. I just got home and watched the video. His biological mom broke my heart. She is devastated, her pain was palpable. Her husband (Kyron's step dad) also seem devastated.

Gosh how heart breaking. :(

And also-I am wondering if it is OK to discuss Terri's behavior or not? I don't want to cross any line. TIA.

Raeann, I cannot post a link in accordance with rules, but the boy's stepmother said--from her own mouth (or fingertips)--that he has been living with them since January 2010. She has numerous photos of him at their house, working with horses, and such.

Kyron's SM,yep.

I think I'll just concentrate more on the searches they are doing now.Can you explain the search they are doing now a little more to me.Do you know why they are searching there? It's near water? It doesn't appear to be near the school.

She said her parents, her old school.I had posted it at beginning, where I had read it.

Just to make sure that I am not the one confused and in error on this, you are saying that it IS Terri's parents and he attends HER old school now, correct? I don't want to be defending my own incorrect information, so I really appreciate your help on this for my own assurance! Thanks so much.

I am gonna try and say this as nice as I can .....I know often parents are involved but usually they try and hide something and I have not seen them do this. What I see is 4 very sad parents who just want Kyron home.
Until we are in thier shoes lets not judge them. They have not gave us a reason to.

This is one of the few cases i truly felt like a parent was not involved and if I am wrong I will apologize and admit I am wrong

Never seen anything about the older boy having a step mother. Grandma and grandpa is where I read he lives from Terri's mothers statement I think. They live near his father, nothing about a syep mom
