Buchanan is scheduled to be questioned under oath Aug. 16 at the office of her attorney in Iselin, N.J.
The second person to be questioned is Bradley Wright, a defense witness. His deposition is scheduled for July 21 at a law office in Sarasota, according to the notice filed by Assistant State Attorney Linda Drane Burdick
State To Release 5,000 Pages In Anthony Case

WESH 2 News has learned the state attorney's office will release 5,000 pages of information tomorrow in the case against Casey Anthony. A spokeswoman for state attorney Lawson Lamar said much of the information is letters sent to Anthony behind bars.

"I think most are letters addressed to the defendant but since there are 5,000 pages, I can't say I read them all," Tavernier said in an e-mail. "I saw a statement mixed in there too.
Meanwhile, the defense has scheduled depositions for two new witnesses. A woman who helped search near the area where Caylee Anthony’s remains were found will be deposed in August.
In July, a second witness will give his deposition and Casey's lawyers also plan to question experts at the Oakridge National Lab in Tennessee.
