Oscar a 13-year-old is a kleptomaniac. One day this week he brought home, one piece at a time, 10 pairs of children's underpants. Oscar is being fostered by Peter and Birgitt Weismantel.

Oscar just happens to be a cat. It is believed he has stolen over 70 items which he gives as presents to his foster parents.

Oh naughty kitty! We once fostered a dog klepto, boxers and socks were her specialty. She was like a ferret. every morning I would go and tidy her bed up, and find many pieces of our laundry stashed between her blankets. She only seemed to steal from her favorite people, so we considered it a sign of Cricket's affection. She was a lovely little girl, and she is probably still stashing away her forever families undies today.
