Kaine Horman appeared in court Thursday with his lawyer, seeking to push his wife out of their home immediately, while her lawyer urged a judge to give her at least 96 hours, until Monday afternoon.

Multnomah County Circuit Judge Keith Meisenheimer said he'd decide after a 3 p.m. hearing Friday.

Kyron Horman's Stepmother, Terri Horman, Getting Death Threats, Lawyer Says July 16, 2010

Kyron Horman's stepmother, who has reportedly received three death threats, will go before a judge today who is expected to decide how soon she will be forced out of the family's Oregon home.

Former FBI agent says Terri Horman's behavior is "detached and narcissistic."In the six weeks since 7-year-old Kyron Horman disappeared from his elementary school science fair, Terri Horman has gone from devoted mother to despicable villain in the eyes of her family, which has accused her of withholding infomation about her last moments with Kyron and allegedly attempting to hire the landscaper to kill her husband

On Thursday, Kaine Horman told FOX 12 that he plans to begin working more starting next week and he needs to move into the house Saturday to secure the home. He said any decision should be made with the interests of Kyron and 19-month-old Kiara in mind.
"Having Kiara back at home for two full days will make the adjustment of life going forward much easier," Kaine Horman said.
Terri Horman's attorney, Stephen Houze, said she has agreed to move out, but has been receiving threats against her regularly. He asked the judge to give her until Monday to pack her belongings and leave, but Kaine Horman said other factors must be taken into consideration.
"Having the house available and ready for our missing 7-year-old son should far outweigh any adult need for the residence," Kaine Horman said. "It cannot be ready for him while she is still in it."
A court hearing is scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday at the Multnomah County Courthouse.

Kaine's attorney said he wanted to be in the home by the weekend in order to re-key locks, find daycare for the couple's daughter and return to his job at Intel.
Houze said Terri has been the target of several threats.
Through her attorney, Terri has said that she would be willing to move out if Kaine would pay for the move. However, Kaine's attorney said he was not willing to give her any money until she cooperates with police, because Kaine believes Terri has information about Kyron's whereabouts.
Terri's attorney Houze said the ability for her to move out was difficult due to the media "witch hunt" and news conferences held by the Hormans were "fanning the flames." He argued his client should be granted until Monday afternoon.

In response to questions from KGW NewsChannel 8, Kaine Horman admitted he still wears his wedding ring, and says he and others who knew Terri Horman "did not see this coming."

Asked about his wedding ring, Kaine replied: "Yes I am still wearing it. I’m not sure why I have not removed it. The magnitude of Kyron being gone and our efforts to bring him home are of such higher priority in comparison I honestly have not even thought about it."

I think Terri’s past (since Kyron went missing) and continued actions are fanning the flames," Kaine said.
Kyron Horman disappeared six weeks ago from Skyline Elementary.
"All we have asked for is the truth. Until she comes forward with that truth and Kyron is found then I doubt that things will turn down in intensity," Kaine said.
Kaine is seeking to get Terri out of the former family home on NW Sheltered Nook Road and has filed a restraining order against her after police told him of a murder-for-hire plot, according to court documents.
