    The suspects have been identified as 41-year-old Rebecca Lynn Coleman and 47-year-old Jeffrey Edward Nance. Thursday afternoon, a judge set bond for each of them at $25,000.

    Officers say they got a call at 7:40 p.m. on July 14 that two kids were found on Helen Street. When police arrived, they found a three- and four-year-old who were extremely dirty and wearing urine-soaked clothing.

    From Lovejac's link above. Just getting the perps names into the thread.

    I usually don't comment on appearances, but you have got to check out the mugs of the parents on the link above. I would say substance abuse is a given.

    I cant believe I am reading this, are you ready;

    Snipped........................................... .....

    Coleman disputed the child neglect charge during her bond hearing Thursday. "I don't think so, I don't feel guilty about it," she said.

    Nance told the judge that he didn't live with Coleman and their children. He says he stopped by to drop some money off, then took a nap.

    "I laid down on the couch to take a nap and I woke up and that's when the police were everywhere," said Nance.

    Nance says Coleman took some type of prescription drug before he got there.

    "She was incoherent," said Nance. "Said she took her medicine and I couldn't hardly understand what she was saying, but as far as me, I was fine. I didn't know what was going on. I just took a nap and I was going to leave again."

    Now wouldn't you wonder where your kids were even if you did not live there ? And how about mom, she doesnt feel guilty ... Really ? I mean what planet did these two fall from, just unbelieveable !

    Not a funny situation but that was funny how you presented that.

    O.K. she just took her prescription medication? What was that? Appears she ate a Fentanyl patch and took about ten Klonopin's and downed them with a bottle of Ta-Killya.

    You just came by to drop off money and you took a nap and then you were going to just leave? Oy vey.

    Usually we see really young parents. These two are not that spry. Just goes to show that common sense and care have no age limits. Oh and that drugs are very bad for you, and especially for your little ones.
