Do we know for sure this is the house he lives in? Reason for asking - undisclosed tenant #1 and undisclosed tenant #2 - maybe this is a second house they rent out as an investment?
 
*stunned* wasn't there an issue with him not being admitted to the bar because of a mismanagement of his finances (sorry I'm paraphrasing) could a continuing problem cause him future issues in that regard?

It's definitely a property he owns, I do not know if it's being rented. The mortgage amount was $603,000.00 in May 2007 and there is nothing showing it was refinanced.

Thanks Nums24 - I don't know how to search that in Florida, and I want to have myself a really good belly laugh - but just wanted to be sure before I let loose here at the keyboard, with the party hats and blower things.....

Yeah, yeah I know it's a terrible thing to lose your home and I'm sure I'll feel pity in the morning......it's the fault of that measly 200K! Cheap clients!

It's the legal description of the home, I don't want to post the address, but the info is available through public records.

He has 2 homes, I think he lives in the foreclosed one, the other is much smaller.
