OR

was the subject DNA found in a swab taken from a blood stain on the inside crotch area of JBR’s underwear deposited NOT during a sexual assault.

I liken this question to a tv commercial from "back in the day" for what I think was Nice & Easy Haircolor which said:

"Does she, or doesn't she? Only her hairdresser knows for sure".

So, on that note:

"Only her depositor knows for sure".
