The woman, Jennifer Lehman, 48, was last seen Friday night by her boyfriend, who said they had dinner at Fort Myers restaurant.
Lehman is the mother of 20-year-old Brittany Lehman, who was killed in a Cape Coral crash in June.
Jennifer Lehman drives a white 1993 Nissan 300ZX.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 477-1000.

Something that really bothers me about this case.. according to family Jennifer was found in the back seat of the car with her arms crossed (like in a casket) she had been out for the evening for dinner and drinks, yet no personal items found in the car except her shoes and her ID was on the dash. No purse? Where was her cell phone?
LE have closed the case and ruled this suicide..
I find this very odd for many reasons.. one who decided to drive off in a pond or lake to end their life and calmly crawls in their back seat and lays down with arms crossed waiting to drown?
Which brings up my next question, if she was in fact living breathing when that car went in the water why when she was found was she laying on her back in back seat and arms still crossed? If she had air in her lungs once filling with water in the car this would doubtfully be how she would be found. she would have raised with the water, floating and the limbs would dangle.
Why were her arms still crossed?
IMO Common sense to me says she was put in the water at least 3 to 12 hours after her death, after rigor mortis had set in. This is why her arms were crossed. Why was she in the back seat?? If she was driving and drove off the road into the pond with all the damage done to the the car how was she not hurt too? How long would it take that small car to fill with water, enough time to gather her thoughts, place her ID then crawl to back seat and lay down with arms crossed? Why was her ID on the dash and yet no purse.. she was out that evening and picture show her with make-up on.. where was her lipstick? No woman leaves home without her lipstick or purse for that matter.
It just seems to me someone placed her with love and care, and they basicly marked her "grave" by placing the ID on the dash.. but then that is just my opinion.
No tox screen was done..
How can LE rule this suicide??
Does this seem odd to anyone else??
