Bumping up for Scott. I feel for him, for what he was feeling back then.
I wonder if DNA ever became available for him? At least they have dentals.

Can someone please list the UIDs Scott has been ruled-out against, if any?
 
There is not much to say about this man other than there is not much information about him, he was already suicidal... and it is most likely what happened here...
