It sucks that there isn't more info or a different picture. In January 1990, they found a UP in Jacksonville, Florida. "At least 6'3", "sandy blond" hair, 40-50yrs old and from the clothing & accessoires he seems rather well-put together.

The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

The 3 to 4 inch difference wouldn't bother me that much, since it is incredibly difficult to estimate such height since people that tall aren't around enough for us to develop the point of reference; plus the UID was obviously lying down. Also, the notes mention that he was at least 6'3".

I can't really tell if the sketch fits, since the glasses pretty much obscure half of Graham's face. The hair color seems to be correct and from what I see on the photo, I could imagine him being the "well-dressed" type.

Grrr, why isn't there more info :/
