Maybe I'm imagining it, but I thought we had a thread on this.

Andrew Holdgrafer and his wife Danielle are suspected of murdering their four year old adopted son. The female Holdgrafer is in jail. Andrew however got out somehow.

Well, anyway he's dead. He died in a garage at the age of 32 and it's not suspicious. :waitasec: Momster held the little boys head under the water in the bathtub.

I'll go look up more on the case. I did a search here though and couldn't find the name.

Jesus take the wheel, please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This guy watched as his wife held this little boys head under water and drowned him.

He just bonded out on August 23rd. That's what like a little over two weeks ago? Warning. You will cry reading this. That or be so enraged.

Sleep with the angels little guy. I am so sorry this world failed you.

Little Collin was murdered in June. The article goes on about a speedy trial.

This says seizure. ???

This says the boy was their nephew whom they adopted.

"Maquoketa police say a 911 call came in that Andrew was having a seizure, gasping for air and turning blue. He was rushed to the hospital, where he died."

Says he had admitted to knowing she was hurting the child and not reporting it. Her family says he was the abusive one.

Things that make you go "Hmmmmmmmm".

Karma?

Pre-existing condition?

Stress? Guilt?

No matter it's surely going to change the status of the mom, right?

I would say at the very least it looks like a dose of karma. :innocent: Innocent until proven guilty and all that, but it sounds like something bad was going on in that house. From reading the articles, I bet there was drug use going on in that household. Pure speculation on my part, but maybe he ingested something. Either that or he somehow had a preexisting condition.

For certain Buzzie. Something was up.

DHS is figuring in all this. Supposedly the grandparents called. A teacher.

It sounds like the mom hurt more than just Collin. ~Snip~ "The fourth child endangerment charge allegedly is connected to another adopted son, Darrian, according to court documents. Details of the alleged abuse were not listed in court records." ~end snip ~

Lots of questions of WHY from me. The biggest is why they got involved with these kids in the beginning.
So who steps up now and takes care of the rest of this family.

Status epilepticus is a state when a person with epilepsy continues seizing until death. If a person with epilepsy dies during an arrest or a serious confrontation, it is usually due to SE. We had a young man die of this in his sleep in our town a few years ago. It can happen during sleep or during a time of great stress. It can also be idiopathic. My guess is that this guy had a huge amount of stress and karma, hitting him all at once. Has it ever been mentioned whether this man has epilepsy? There are non-epileptic seizures, also, but I don't believe they can lead to death.

What a horrible thing this Status Epilepticus. I always wonder with all the new medicine and testing and all why they can't help with epilepsy more. I don't mean pertaining to this guy because who knows? I doubt his dad will answer because he was already pretty angry with his own son.

In the words of my dad "stress will kill you".

He is now facing the ultimate punishment, which is not dealt out in this world.

Now if the momster would just have a seizure, it would save the taxpayers alot of money.Just saying......
