Per NamUs, she was last seen at 4 pm on Livingston St in the Bronx, but it doesn't specify just what this location is. I put the street into Google Maps, and it seems like a jam-packed mix of various businesses, offices and apartments, so she could have literally been doing anything with anyone there. But no, nowhere does it seem to specify who reported it.
