This is very tragic. Her mother, Coach Kohr had died about 2 years ago. K'Lynn had moved in with her cousin in a neighboring town then, started a new school and was in her senior year of high school. She was a beautiful, intelligent young woman and had been a gifted runner before her mother's death. She was also known as a 'good girl' and honor roll student. Several police officers were in tears at the scene.

"[She] didn't bother anybody," Williams said. "Didn't cause [any] problems, to be a young lady, no cars in and out, nothing like that. So it's just bad this had to happen to her."

A recent parolee wanted in the killing of a Huntsville teenager might be at large in the Dallas area.

Police say Moler might be driving a tan 2002 Ford Explorer with Texas plates AS54-607. The vehicle has minor damage to the passenger side, stickers for the U.S. Marine Corps and a religious symbol are in the back window. The vehicle is listed as stolen

Moler is described as a 190 pound white man, 5'11, with red hair and hazel eyes. He is 27years old and considered armed and dangerous.

Huntsville detectives believe Jerwoody Moler is traveling north from Huntsville and say he was last seen at a pawn shop Dallas Wednesday, where he pawned stolen lawn equipment.

Poor thing! Texas is getting down right scary! I hope there is swift justice for K,Lynn!

oh, have no doubt, we are gonna get him and get him good...K'Lynn reminds me so much of Chelsea King, a beautiful, blonde, talented, scholarly, athlete. Only K'Lynn had already survived her mother's death and was known for being a quiet, good girl.

Another child's life cut short by a jailbird who had only been out a couple months!

When these useless blobs of protoplasm are put away for good, maybe K'Lynn Kohr & Alicia DeBolt will rest peacefully.... Why are violent offenders allowed to plea down & then get early release; did either of these murders have to happen?

She sure was loved by many according to the comments.

Another sad moment where a productive member of society is taken out by a .

And for what?

RIP pretty girl. Stay safe with your momma.

Hoping they catch that quickly.

How tragic. Too sad.

I am so sicked and tired of these worthless, drain on our society, getting released to offend over and over again.

Yet another worthless human taking the life of a child (17 is still a child to me) that would have most probably made a great contribution to our world.

Rest in peace, K'Lynn.

I hope when they catch him he ends up on death row back in huntsville state prison.

I am always amazed at how many assault victims are in the ER every night, but the past two years or so, the ages seem to be getting younger here in TX.. TWA sweet girl!!! ^j^

Hopefully he is brought to justice soon. He is armed and dangerous, so if anyone sees him, don't approach him just call police.

RIP K'Lynn.

He drove off in a tan 2002 Ford Explorer with Texas license plate number AS54607, a license plate in the newer, red white and blue style. It has a small dent on the passenger side door, a U.S. Marine Corp sticker and a religious cross sticker on the back window. According to police, the Ford Explorer was stolen and Barnes said the vehicle belonged to Moler's employer.

Police learned Tuesday that Moler traveled north from Huntsville and pawned stolen lawn equipment, which was inside the Ford Explorer at the time, at a pawn shop in Dallas. In a surveillance video from that pawn shop, police learned that Moler has a bandage on his right hand covering an injury of some sort.

The man in Iowa State Patrol Trooper Thomas Clark's rifle sight was the prime suspect in a Texas murder.

Texas officers had traced Moler's cell phone to Council Bluffs. Clark, who was nearing the end of his shift, parked along Interstate Highway 80 west of Jordan Creek Parkway, thinking that Moler could be passing through.

Clark spotted the stolen vehicle on I-80 about 4:45 p.m
