FYI: Fox 35 did NOT mention anything about discovery being released today, so I guess it is not happening. 
They just mentioned Yuri being deposed, nothing else.

What’s Walsh’s reaction to the Casey Anthony case? “It’s such a sore on Florida,” he said. “It’s just a nightmare.”
Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.
“It’s like a horrible reality show,” Walsh said. “Florida taxpayers say, ‘Put this woman on trial and move on.’ It’s just tragically sad. They should have had the trial six months ago.”

Mason and Baez said the new evidence is favorable to Anthony and that depositions earlier this week with state experts are helping them make their case that Casey Anthony isn't guilty.
The defense has not filed anything formal against the state. Until that happens the state holds its position of not commenting to the media about the case.
Detective Melich will be questioned again as attorneys did not finish. Next in the Case Against Casey, the defense team continues it's round of depositions. They will head to Knoxville and D.C

Melich managed to dodge our cameras today. But Baez says the lead detective would not be at liberty to dodge his questions particularly involving some new discovery.
"Discovery that was give to us last week has some substantially important things in it from Melich," said Mason. The defense would only tell us that discovery was involving cellphone pings from a witness that could prove important.
ETA: The state attorney's office is also expected to release more discovery.
