LARAMIE -- The Albany County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help identifying a woman whose body was found 14 miles northeast of Laramie.
Sheriff's officials say the Caucasian woman was between 30 and 40 years old and about 5 feet, 2 inches tall. She had light brown hair 3 to 4 inches long.
Investigators say the woman died sometime between last fall and this past spring.
The remains were found Thursday on a remote part of the Warren Livestock Ranch.
The woman isn't believed to have been reported missing from Laramie or Albany County.
Further investigation is being done by the by forensics units at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, the state Division of Criminal Investigation and University of Wyoming.
