A body located in FL, never ruled out as James?
(NOTE: A search of the UID NamUs database for FL, yielded no entries for SEP 1995)

Can not find listed in NamUs at this time.

Can't locate archived articles at this time.

James has been missing almost 23 years. Come home soon.

I have the impression that he went with someone who lived there for a while and then died... maybe that person used him for his money and when he was no longer useful, he was already sick and got rid of him... in Charley Project it says that in 1995 they found a body in Florida but the authorities were never able to identify it as James...maybe with some DNA but without the samples of James and any other member of the family it is almost impossible...he surely already died and no one knows where he is. ...
either way
rest in peace
