Robin left her car at Pier One Imports, where she was employed, and left in her boyfriend's car for an evening out on November 14, 1970. The vehicle stalled out at approximately 2:00 am, southbound in the Hollywood Freeway, in Los Angeles, California. Robin called and asked her parents to pick her up. A California Highway Patrolman saw her standing near the car shortly after.
An unidentified Caucasian male in his mid-20s was seen talking to Robin shortly before she disappeared. He was driving a 1957-1960 light blue Corvette hard top. He helped Robin get the car started, then they rode off together in his car. Her car was left locked and abandoned. Robin has never been seen again.
Robin may be a victim of the Zodiac Killer.
