    This one looks pretty close:

    Paul Allen Vogen
    ___
    http://www.charleyproject.org/cases/v/vogen_paul.html

The height (5'7") is an inch above the estimated range (5'5" to 5'6"), but everything else is in line.

And his facial shape is spot-on, IMO.

It does look very close. The parting of his hair is even on the right side.

Weird place for a guy from Phoenix to end up, but the timeline allows for it.

Helen Bouzon ruled out Paul Vogen on dentals

I checked out Paul Vogen. He can be ruled out as 84-10 based on 4 teeth.

how about Lloyd Gilsdorf missing from the Pensacola FL area about July 1984?:

He's a little taller than the estimated height but the time and geography are not bad.

this guy Edward DuBarry is the right height and the face is not bad. not sure how he got from NJ to LA but he disappeared about a month before this UID was found.

Edward DuBarry looks pretty good on the specs and even the circumstances. The beard is throwing me off on whether the face matches, however.

Timing is wrong, if they're right about 1.5-6 months, for William Denzel Newman, Jr, but height and facial shape seem similar enough, and he went missing from Slidell. Problem is, he was last sighted on Jan. 8, 1980.

UID's hair color is unknown. Charley lists Newman's as black, but NamUs lists it as strawberry blonde/dark blonde. One or both of UID's hands were not recovered with his skeletal remains, per NamUs. Skeletal anomalies noted there, too.

Side by side -- the angle's different so it's hard to say.

Thanks. I thought the second of the three Charley photos looked most like the reconstruction.

I picked that one because it's the closest to the same facial angle. Here are the other two, with the reconstruction in the middle.

On second thought, this is probably not DuBarry as both he and the UID have DNA available.
