Sandor Czekus had already been convicted of raping a 16 year old girl in 2002 in Missouri.

Sandor Czekus (43) has now been charged in Sioux Falls with the rape of a child and manufacturing child *advertiser censored*. LE will have more information on Monday.

Ain't that just great? Eight years later he commits the same crime. How long has he been out? Has he done any time?

Sandor Zoltan Czekus. A big, skeery guy....6'2" and 230 lbs. You'd think that guys would at least attempt to not look scary for their RSO photo. Maybe he can't change the look in those eyes.

Not that it really matters, it's Rape 1 of a child under 16 AND making the *advertiser censored*. Not a good guy. Looks like he comes from the Columbia, MO area.

:furious:14 photographs of child *advertiser censored* were found.

The victim is two years old.

Creep.

Oh some very wise woman divorced him in 2007. They have the dissolutions in the paper.

Oh this got got brass ones. In 2000 he objected to a permit to allow condo's built by his home. One of the reasons he was against it was because it would promote crime in the area. Meanwhile he's the crime.

Two????? An infant, a tiny toddler? He's a huge scary guy. Bless that poor Momma. I cannot even imagine opening a folder like that. I'm surprised the man is alive today. That might be why he looks a little "huddled" over in his photo here:

"....Czekus admitted to having the pictures on his computer, but blamed the 2 year old victim for taking off her pants...."

I KNEW IT. That infant came onto the man. She disrobed and ordered him to get his camera and do some touching. Just like a 2 year old. When I read what the neighbor had to say, I couldn't help but imagine what our dear Filly would say if this were her neighbor being led out the door protecting his injured "goodies". I doubt that it would sound much like, "That kind of stuff does not go over well with me."

No, probably not.

Two years old.

These stories make me angry. Again boyfriends abusing children of their girlfriends. Again preventable. Why leave your children with these men with records? Even if they didn't have a record dig into these mens lives if you are going to leave them alone with the children.

Whatever happened to this guy? Maybe he didn't get tried yet? I just posted about another guy that reminded me of him and had to check.

Lord let this person stay locked up, please.

For a previous conviction of raping a 16-year old girl and a current charge of raping a two-year old, complete with taking pornographic images of the victim, then yes he should never get out of incarceration alive.

Homefacts shows him still incarcerated in jail, so maybe he hasn't gone to trial yet. I see nothing about a trial or a sentence, even though he was scheduled to go to trial this last January. If he was convicted, he'd be in the state pen. If charges were dropped, one would think that there'd be an article about it.

South Dakota is one of the few states that doesn't have Vinelink and I don't see an inmate list for Minnehaha County.
