Applied for 10/9/10 Crime they were looking for evidence of
arson and kidnapping.
Page 2 - Search Warrant - Received 10/9/10 at 6:21PM and Executed at 6:35PM on that same day. Warrant notes evidence seized but does not have the list attached. (**I got these as mass files off of the WBTV website. They could have forgot to scan this page. I know I've seen the return earlier on this search. I will look for it later.**)
The warrant covers the house and 3 cars (Tahoe, Camry and Impala).

Page 4 - Evidence to be seized. (I take this to mean what they hoped to find.)
1) Items such as paperwork or articles of personal property tending to show ownership, dominion, or control of the premise.
2) Any documentation which may show ownership of possession of any vehicles, or identity of person(s) that exercise control of any vehicles.
3) Any hair, fibers, blood, body fluids, bed sheets/linens, pillow cases, latent prints, and photographs of the crime scene.
4) Any paperwork or documents containing handwriting.
5) Any pens, pencils, or other writing utensils.
6) Any Duke Energy power bills, evelopes or paperwork.
7) Any prosthetic leg belonging to Victim.
8) Any and all photographs.
9) And and all items related to the crimes of Kidnapping and Arson.
10) And and all gas containers and matches and/or lighters.
