A man who became a new father faces drug charges in Uniontown, PA.
Instead of the celebratory cigar the man unamed lit up a joint. A Nurse smelled the weed and a security guard called police.
The man told police he was having a baby and wanted to catch a buzz! Smoke 'em if ya got 'em I guess was his motto.
