Eva Longoria: There's No Divorce
TMZ reported that Tony had filed for divorce. Two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas had told us the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge.

But Eva's rep tells us Tony did not file and does not even have a divorce lawyer.

Another clerk at the courthouse now tells us she's in charge of sealed cases and says no such case has crossed her desk.

Whoops...guess we will have to wait and see. I must say, I read Deadspin every day and I have yet to find an error, this could be the first. It is kind of a sarcastic take on the news, but it is pretty accurate as a rule.

Yeah, me too on Deadspin, and I'd just read that then clicked on the TMZ link - they'd just changed their article to correct the error - and came over to WS and you had just posted the thread.

Not usually, unless it's linked on Deadspin. My ears were perked by this story because I lived in San Antonio for eight years - "Go Spurs!" and "We love our Eva!" being about equal in S.A. I think Eva was born & raised in Corpus Christi, but she's San Antonio's sweetheart, nevertheless, after marrying TP.
 
Ahhh, I liked them together. I don't blame her thought if he was unfaithful. :0(

In all honesty I saw this one coming since Eva Longoria had her bridal shower. Pretty, sweet and obviously much loved woman. She was always gushing over this guy. It was apparent she adored him. Look what she gets? Hopefully she will learn from this and survive it and have better days ahead.
