Mixing cold medicine and marijuana can cause a person to put on a bridal veil and a bridal skirt and break into your neighbors home?
Melissa Wagaman did just that by breaking out her neighbors window with her head causing the neighbor great injury.
Wagaman apologized in court to Aaron Parrott her Hagerstown, Maryland neighbor. The jury took just minutes to convict the veil wearer to five years in prison.
