There is not much information on either the MP or the UP but I submitted a possible match to all agencies involved and it was largely based on the appearance, location and the fact the missing person is classified as "voluntary missing". There is a discrepancy in the hair color but I don't consider that a big issue for women especially when describing brown vs light brown to dirty blond. Also worth noting that some women are considered to have dirty blond hair but when it is cut short it appears darker because the sun lightened color is gone. I scanned the face using various color levels and curves and desaturated the image of the missing person. I found a raised round facial node on the R side nostril of both the UP and the MP that is consistent with a mole but in this case could be a nose-piercing stud ball.
