Prayers for the family and friends of Bo Hale in Hopkins County...as the search begins to find the man who was reported missing on Monday.

"My stomach's in knots and I don't know one minute from the next."
Hale's wife Cindy says her husband is a devoted fisherman and family man.

She says his fishing trips sometimes take him away for a day or two...but says that he'd never be out of contact this long.

<snip>

There's something wrong and we've got to find him," said Cindy Hale.

The family of Rodney Hale is hoping the Jodi Powers Search and Rescue Technologies Team can help them find him.

"This is not like him and I'm worried to death," said Cindy Hale.

Cindy tells us Rodney was heading to work Monday, but said he wouldn't be gone long.

"He's not come home since," said Cindy Hale.

A missing person's report was filed and I'm told Rodney Hale has not used his debit card or cell phone since the day he went missing. He was driving a black Ford truck.

"No-one had heard from him and I need everybody, friends family, anybody if they've seen him, please please contact us," said Cindy Hale.

Authorities say a truck, belonging to Rodney Hale of Nebo, was found near Madisonville.

Police obtained a search warrant Sunday to search a Madisonville home on Continental Drive after Rodney Hale's truck was found. Sources close to the investigation say it was in a wooded area near Madisonville. Hopkin's County deputies won't say who the house belongs to, but that it belongs to someone with a connection to this case.

The truck had been sitting in front of a house in Madisonville since last week, and members of the search party say the homeowner told them that when they didn't recognize the truck, they had it towed.

Hours later, police taped off the house next door, and obtained a search warrant. The sheriff's office could not comment on why the home that they searched was suspicious, but did say a couple of people were taken in for interviewing, and might be considered persons of interest later on.

Rodney Hale has been missing for a week now--and deputies continue to look for clues. Hale's truck was found last Tuesday, just a day after Rodney Hale was reported missing--but it was not identified as his truck till yesterday. It was found just yards away from a home police searched on Sunday. We have since learned the person living in the home was arrested just two weeks ago.

It wasn't until yesterday that the connection was made to the Rodney Hale case.

Rodney who is also known as 'Bo' had been doing work at a house next door to the Furgersons. It was that house on Continental Drive in Madisonville that was searched by police last night. The man who lives in the home--John Michael Settle-- is currently serving time in the Hopkin's County Jail on drug charges. Neighbors tell FOX7 his mother, who owns the home, hired Hale to work on the house after she reported things were being stolen while her son was incarcerated.

Kentucky EMS officials called out more crews today to aid in the search for a Hopkins County man. Rodney Hale has been missing since last Monday. K-9 units picked up Hale's scent in the woods near where his truck was found.

EMS crews are close to wrapping up their search of the area where Hale's truck was found last week, but they're coming a way with little more than a scent that merely tells them hale was there. EMS officials say that could be because too much time has gone by.
