"Clackamas County Sheriff's Deputies and the Clackamas County Deputy Medical Examiner got to the vehicle at 3:54 p.m. The body with the vehicle was identified as that of the missing woman from Oregon City, Ms. Speaker. Deep snow made recovery of the vehicle impossible. Ms. Speaker's remains were taken into custody by the M.E.'s office and will be released to family."
The initial investigation shows Speaker appears to have died from hypothermia.

Rest in peace, Joyce.
It's tragic that she had access to a car (with dementia?).
Prayers for her family and friends.

This is sad and makes you angry. She should have had someone with her. I guess everyone is thinking that.
Rest in peace sweet lady.

Such a very sad ending. RIP Joyce.Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails.
I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear.
