The killer also left Jane Doe in an undignified state. Her chest was exposed, her black blouse pulled down to her waist and her fuschia colored pants also pulled down. She was still wearing high-heeled black boots.
An unopened condom was found at the scene.
Investigators said a crucial step in finding her killer is finding out her identity.
Jane Doe appears to be a heavy-set, African-American woman in her 20s or 30s. Police said they have no missing person report that fits the description.
