SALT LAKE CITY A South Salt Lake man was charged Tuesday with committing nearly the same crime he committed more than 20 years ago aggravated sexual assault.

According to documents filed in 3rd District Court, Brady McIntire, 42, used rope to tie a woman's hands together and forced himself on her sexually because he was "sick of being frustrated." The woman resisted and told McIntire to stop, but he instead put a pillow over her face and said he was going to kill her and have sex with her dead body, the charges state. The woman was at McIntire's home at the time of the alleged assault, which is believed to have occurred on Dec. 4.
