New details revealed in boy's death case
We have new details about the arrest of a woman accused of killing a 12-year-old Houston boy.
A judge in probable cause court heard the case against Mona Nelson, 44, this morning. She's accused of killing fifth-grader Jonathan Foster, who disappeared on Christmas Eve. Nelson wasn't present this morning due to an unspecified medical issue.
According to court documents, Jonathan's mother had received a mysterious phone call from her residence from a female who made threatening remarks towards her son. Police say they connected Nelson to the crime after a witness observed a female arriving at the residence in a gray or silver pickup about the same time those threatening calls were made.

Mona Nelson: Says she is not a monster
Investigators don't believe Nelson's story. Jonathan's body wasn't found in a plastic container. Police believe Nelson acted on her own and that Jonathan was killed on Christmas Eve, the same day he disappeared.
Nelson is a former boxer who currently works as a maintenance worker and a welder.
She boxed professionally in 2004, winning one match and losing three. During her brief stint as a boxer, she was suspended for 30 days by the Association of Boxing Commissions. The record does not state why Nelson was suspended.

"Right now I am falling, and I got a friend holding me up," he said.
Police described Nelson as methodical and said she waited for an opportunity to take Jonathan.

Video of LE at Mona's residence.
    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gwsj-gysauI[/ame]

Here is a video where SE states that JF was gone between 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM. This is around the 1:20 mark. No mention of DD though.

The name RJ is an error and it is SE.

A safe place for me to find these videos. My mini spot ..

12/27/10 Video of mother stating she came home and unlocked the door and calling Jonathan. This video still indicates leaving the house and going for video. Also includes "he's a pest". No mention of DD stating he was at the house at 1:45 PM.

Date of video 12/28/10 AFTER Amber Alert Was Issued

This video we have Det Waters ~1:03, telling the reporter a piece of the timeline of the phone calls between 1:45 - 2:10. Adding that 1:45 PM, for me is CRUICAL as this is when the DD went to the house. At no point is the Det Waters saying DD went to the house. Also this video is AFTER AD admitted JF was home alone. Also in this video is when DD mumbles to AD.
