This is so sad and I wish someone could have reached her.So young and so much to look
forward to in life.Sleepless nights is one sign of depression. It could have been a number of things, there are so many.I know that Depression is right at the base of most disorders.
I know because I have clinical depression. It is hard to be around others that are happy,
and wondering why your not.It makes you feel apart from the crowd, like you don't belong and never will. The difference is accepting the fact that you have Depression or any other mental disorder and treating it with medication and therapy.
My point is getting there and accepting it is the hardest part and some can't seem
to do that. The whole stigma surrounding mental disorders is not good.It is kind of
swept under the rug. Some parents won't even accept their kids have these problems.
There needs to be more awareness .The next problem lies in the fact that this can be
costly and some have no insurance. The meds and doctor visits are outrageous if you have to pay out the pocket. Some just say forget it and I will live with it.There needs to be a change in the system or you will see more cases like this
