48 Hours: Caylee Anthony: The Untold Story

Thank you for fighting so hard to protect the volunteer's privacy. You were spot on to expect the worst from the defense team! THANK YOU for stepping up, holding your arms out to each side, and saying, no...not on my watch!

Casey Anthony: Hearings set for March on defense motions

    http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/ent...le+Feedfetcher

Later, WFTV anchor Bob Opsahl said that prosecutors on Jan. 20 will question 10 Texas EquuSearch volunteers who looked for Caylee.
My posts are my opinion only. Praying for Justice for Caylee Marie!
The Florida Bar summed up the problem regarding Mr. Baez.
"His overall behavior, they wrote, showed "a total lack of respect for the rights of others and a total lack of respect for the legal system, which is absolutely inconsistent with the character and fitness qualities required of those seeking to be afforded the highest position of trust and confidence recognized by our system of law." (Thank you to TWA) Read their opinion here: http://www.floridasupremecourt.org/d...ps/sc95855.pdf

Is the public ever going to find out who paid the people who sat at the court house making the calls to TES volunteers?

If the Defense bills the JAC for this, will they have to spell out exactly what they are billing for or can they lump it together under investigation or miscellaneous or even 'bait for fishing expedition'?

It will show up in the invoices. I am betting that they were simply subcontractors hired for the days by one of the primary investigators on the case. Probably JL.

Thanks to a recent post by charishtoo on the "Casey's Confinement" thread, I have been able to connect the person who called me to the PI firm for whom he is currently working (apparently owned by his daughter). The PI company's name that showed up on my phone appeared to be defunct ~ that's why I wasn't able to connect it to any payments from the state. http://www.corporationwiki.com/Flori...-P5709729.aspx

But Charishtoo found that this other firm he is connected to has been paid $2,050. http://www.transparencyflorida.gov/D...ONS%2c+LLC&M=Y

I don't know my way around the Transparency Florida site very well and don't know how to confirm that this entire amount is connected to the Anthony case. Does anyone know if or how we can do that?

. . . and now what happens to this payment that also appears to be over and above the court approved investigative hours?
The heart of the pure can see, but my eyes have never seen the unicorn . . .

    Deadline for Depositions

Just a reminder about today's deadline

State Deadline to Depose "new" TES searchers
It's the journey, not the destination.
