The defense wants "any and all photographs related to this case in Joseph S. Jordan's possession and the production of all content posted on the worldwide web by Joseph S. Jordan regarding this case."

However, a separate pleading by Jordan attorney William McClellan states that defense attorneys Jose Baez and Cheney Mason "at no time" in the deposition inquired about photos Jordan took related to the case.

"There has been no attempt to depose Mr. Jordan in regards to the issue of photographs," McClellan stated in his motion for a protective order. "Defense counsel, without any evidence, has made assumptions concerning what he viewed on a website and made a determination that Mr. Jordan is somehow responsible for the photographs."

Judge Belvin Perry this afternoon denied a defense motion to subpoena Joe Jordan's blog and internet photos, finding no factual basis to compel those items that may have appeared online.

Perry was not satisfied they would reveal meaningful evidence and he expressed concerns that the defense was going on a "fishing expedition."

I cannot give you a license to fish," Perry said at the hearing.

Anthony's defense team said it learned in April 2010 that Jordan e-mailed detectives at one point to say he and others thoroughly searched the exact spot off of Suburban Drive where the remains were found. Jordan later said that was not his claim.

Baez admitted at Wednesday's hearing that Jordan said he had only searched the "general vicinity" where the remains were found and not the exact spot. Baez said Jordan searched 20 to 30 feet away from the exact spot.

The hearing lasted 20 minutes. Perry repeatedly quizzed defense attorney Jose Baez about solid proof that the photos were taken.
