It was his final shot -- and it will help capture the assassin who gunned him down.
A Filipino politician taking a photo of family members celebrating the New Year also captured a clear image of the killer who was about to pump a .45-caliber slug through his heart.
Reynaldo Dagsa, 38, a local councilman, was gunned down minutes after midnight outside his home in Caloocan City, a suburb north of Manila, by a car thief he'd once ordered locked up, police say.
