"I cannot give you a license to fish," Perry said just before issuing his ruling Wednesday.

The motion filed in court Wednesday stated that a Dec. 8 deposition of Joe Jordan, a state witness who also aided in the initial search for Caylee, showed that he was an online blogger, who visited and blogged on various websites discussing the Casey Anthony case and the search for Caylee Anthony, the paper reported.

Two sites, "Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community Forum" and "Scared Monkeys Discussion Forum" both posted photos taken by Jordan and linked to his personal website, the motion states, according to the Sentinel.

Casey Hearings Set; Defense Motion Denied

On March 2 and March 3, the defense will try to convince the judge to throw out evidence that cadaver dogs alerted to different spots in Casey's backyard. It also wants to throw out Casey's statements to her family, her jail pen pals, and to law enforcement.

Meanwhile, Casey's defense team was dealt another blow to the case Friday. Chief Judge Belvin Perry denied the defense request to seal the names of the death penalty witnesses and the information they provide.

The defense claimed the potential public exposure is preventing people from helping Casey avoid a death sentence if she's convicted of murdering her daughter Caylee.

Food At Orange County Jail Infested With Roaches

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A major roach infestation forced an investigation into the Orange County jail Friday. Hundreds of inmates waiting in line to eat found roaches in their food. Cherry Daleo talked to WFTV about a call her son made from jail after the disturbing discovery. "He said, I just got a roach as an appetizer on my lunch," Daleo said, "my son almost threw up."

County jail officials confirmed one of its food delivery trucks made a delivery with cockroaches crawling on the plates.

The Orange County Jail has contracted with Trinity Food Service since 2001. Each jail meal costs $0.84.
